ARTISANAL BUTCHER’S DINNER at BRICK FARM MARKET 7 p.m.
Join us for a night of education and delicious food.
Throughout the evening, guests will learn about the various cuts of our heritage breed pork from our skilled butcher, Karina Fengler. From primal to lesser cuts, Karina will explain how the animal is broken down in the butcher shop, focusing on the individual qualities of the cuts, and the best uses for cooking.
As guests follow the demonstration from snout to tail, the discussion will be linked to a delicious
tapas-style dinner of 7 courses created by our Executive Chef, Chase Gerstenbacher.
Chef Gerstenbacher will offer a brief description of each course and answer questions about cuts and preparation.
Tickets $75 per guest, Includes Tax and Gratuity. Limited To 24 Guests
In addition, each course will have an optional pairing of NJ’s Local “Iron Bound Cider” for $5.00 per can or BYOB
